1. License Grant

Welcome to SlumberDoze (the “App”). By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to be bound by this agreement. We grant you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to use the App on supported Apple devices.

2. Not Medical Advice

The white noise, binaural beats, haptic breathing relaxation and circadian-shifting plans in this App are sleep aids and general wellness references only. They do not constitute medical advice and must not be used for diagnosis or clinical treatment. If you suffer from severe chronic insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea or any other neurological condition, please consult a licensed physician.

3. In-App Purchase and Restore

“SlumberDoze PRO” is offered as a one-time lifetime purchase. All in-app purchases follow Apple’s standard purchase flow. If you change devices or reinstall the system, you can restore your entitlement at any time via “Restore Purchases” in Settings.

4. Copyright

The 12 acoustic masters, algorithm models, interface designs and visual marks built into this App are protected by copyright and international intellectual property law. Extraction, reverse engineering or commercial resale without permission is strictly prohibited.
